Quality Objectivesand Scope

MTC has developed a Quality Management System that aims to better satisfy the needs of its customers and improve its own management process. The scope of the Quality Management System includes all Civil, Infrastructure, Highways and Electromechanical contracting services.
Quality management embraces organization, responsibilities and authorities, work methods andresources.
The system was implemented with a view to achieve and maintain a quality of service that is commensurate with MTC ‘s quality objectives and with customer expectations
